ABOUT ISHTARA ROSE​​

I walk the path of the mysteries. I am a high priestess, medium & clairvoyant, yogi, spiritual teacher, mentor & guide, energy healer, writer & philosopher, temple space holder. I am a dreamer and a feeler. I hear the whispers beyond.  This is something we can all do. I have had a calling all my life to look, to see, to dream and feel and listen to the unseen. This is not always an easy role to play. I am reflective, quiet, gentle, creative. I am passionate about the innate ability we all have to see, and as such, I am also passionate about the restoration of the divine, that is the way of the mysteries.​

Walking the path of the mysteries has taken me on a long journey.

 

I was born clairvoyant in the early 70s and I have been walking the path of light ever since a strong spiritual awakening in the early 90s that brought in unexpected visions and dreams, with a period of writing channelled poetry. This led initially to a wider exploration of the esoteric, with things such as reiki initiations, crystals, shamanic journeying, meditation, studying shiatsu for 2 years and studying mystery school & philosophical teachings and writings. I also have a degree in European Studies, Literature & Philosophy with creative writing (1993-6), followed by an 'on-off' career from my teens through to my 30s in fashion and at times, performance art.

Many years later in 2007 I had further divine mother rose awakening, that led to another unexpected period of spirit guides and messages coming once again in dreams and visions, from master guides of Egypt, Elders of the Americas, Yogis of India including Babaji, and so on, and as such in 2010 I began practising Kundalini yoga and teacher trained in 2012-2013. It was only in 2020 that I more clearly understood some of these many visions that I had had on and off since my childhood.

After certification and extensive yogic practise for some years, I was called to go deeper into the rose transmissions and underwent Goddess immersion in Magdalene Priestess temple and was initiated as a Priestess and then later as a High Priestess by my spiritual teacher.

​

Along the way I have always been immersed in spiritual pursuits in one way or another - research, reading, courses, writing, dreaming, journalling, various practises, and also have certified in many other varied modalities from energy healing to breathwork. It has not always been easy and I have been through many life initiations during these times. I am now in my fifties and since my early thirties, I have lived quietly and remotely. It was in 2017 that I finally opened Way of the Rose mystery school to share with others what had, up until then, been my own very private and intimate path. This also happened rather unexpectedly.

I am a keeper of the sacred rites and I now understand my natural gift as a channel is light activation and light transmission, I open the space to transmit light, to activate and awaken light codes. My mission is to spread and seed the light at this enormous time of the prophecy, and to keep the work real and sacred.

A born clairvoyant, my path was fully activated after my first reiki initiation in 1993  and various dreams and visions in my early 20s and around the same time I had a profound awakening with the message to 'spread the Light' and it was something I knew I was here to do from visions as a small child.

 

In my 20s and 30s I followed a career in both performing arts & fashion costume design, whilst simultaneously quietly walking the path of initiate & seeker as a lightworker which informed my creative work. Philosophy and Literature took me into the esoteric arts and Goddess mysteries, through a whole range of various healing modalities and yogic traditions, both the latest techniques and the ancient practices, as my constant foundation.

 

In 2017 Mary Magdalene told me to bring it all together and open a mystery school called The Way of the Rose under my spiritual name (given to me in 2012) and although I was fully immersed in a fashion project and that wasn't the plan, I opened the online mystery school with a 7 step Way of the Rose audio course, and from there commenced the year long Priestess and High Priestess Magdalene Temples.

Little did I know what was ahead. Since opening that first temple, I have initiated and activated people all over the world through the priestess temples, online courses, private sessions and so forth. This has sometimes been from afar through the written word and audios (which can be a very powerful process indeed taking you into your own process with no distraction) and other times in person or on zoom. I understand how all those I work with are agreed in spirit, each meeting is a spiritual event and often events leading up to it and proceeding it, are very much a part of the whole activation, whether we work together for many years or for just one hour. On social media, I have run various private facebook groups which among others have included Way of the Rose which later became Light of the Rose, as well as the Cathars of the Light group during 2021 leading 5 significant ceremonies to help activate the prophecy.

 

In 2024 the energy shifted once again and MM guided me to open the Aphrodite Priestess Temple alongside Golden Chalice Divine Feminine Leadership programmes, to empower women Light Workers as Light Leaders, in sovereign beauty within, to step into innate worth and value, with a direct connection to inner soul whispers as oracles, to have the confidence to speak out and express unique light in one's own unique ways, to be able to do the lightwork and live one's soul mission to spread and shine out the Light, at this time of the ascension prophecy.

I am a quiet and private person living in nature, committed to restoring the Divine Feminine back to her rightful place, and I work privately because the work is so sacred and so deep, these are 'mystery schools' for a reason. Along the way my path has not always been easy and, like all spiritual initiates, I have undergone several 'dark nights of the soul' from my ability to 'deeply feel', through various personal initiations through layers of the ascension 'ego death', sometimes forcing me into deep isolation and inner healing for positive introspection, always emerging with the gift of a deeper self knowledge and wisdom, ready to teach and share that which I am learning for myself. I look forward to sharing more of my personal stories of initiations in my writings in time to come"

THE ROSE LIGHT MISSION & TEACHINGS

ACTIVATING AND AWAKENING THE FEMININE CHALICE WITHIN

Ishtara Rose teachings and light transmissions are in her own unique style naturally developed over time, and they are offered online, through both voice and the written word, both live and recorded, for groups, courses and private bespoke sessions.

 

Various offerings include monthly membership, recorded and live activation ceremonies, audio courses & downloads from the Way of the Rose Light audio library, private sessions and occasionally the doors open for the year long priestess temple for priestess initiation or live group immersions and circles. There are also free transmissions on youtube, and a collection of writings found on posts on facebook as well as a few books.

 

Activations, ceremonies and private sessions may include a blend of clairvoyancy, trance mediumship with spirit guides, light language transmission, visual journeying, energy healing and reiki, mind body mirror system and soul body messaging, past life regression and timeline work, manifestation and soul coaching, mantra and affirmation, chakra balancing and yogic kriyas or pranayama breath work,  (Ishtara is also a certified kundalini yoga teacher and trauma informed breath work coach) and working with oracle tools such as tarot, crystals, oils and so forth.

The Way of the Rose Light Temple came originally through Mary Magdalene who shares that to

with deep self listening and validation, to know thyself, along with the clear healthy boundaries that are a natural flow of that frequency and alignment, as healthy channels for the Light in the every day and from here we can expand out and rise up together as Light Leaders.
