In these new and intense transitional times, time is speeding up and the veils are thin and it is natural for it to sometimes feel overwhelming.

Jumping timelines, breakthroughs, downloads, upgrades, moments of miracles, seeing through veils of reality. Simultaneously at times struggling to hold energies, ascensions symptoms or what may feel like never ending layers of traumas or programs to clear, be they from within or without, maybe feeling ostracised, seeing through illusions and world narratives may feel shocking as well as isolating, and you may feel more highly sensitive than ever with the intense rays coming in.

The tool I have myself been currently using is what I am calling Rose Kriya. I have been on a very long journey to bring this forth.

The Rose Chrism

this is your chariot, it is your auric temple and throne.

Activation of the rose chrism is your diamond light auric sphere being lit by white flame for christed crystalline consciousness, in 8 directions of the compass and above below.

We are lighting it up in embodied ways.

We are flowing through the feminine (the feminine version of the core essence of yoga if you like) with the masculine divine white rays as well.

It is for both woman and men, we bring the feminine to waken the masculine within and vice versa.

working with the two fishes or eyes of the pineal and womb chalice / hara, to go into the spiritual heart and open to the light of your soul essence.

Nothing but this light is true, and all else is not, and so it is.

Rose Kriya

Rose Kriya is Himalayan Kriya and Pranayam with rose mysticism and has been created and channelled by Ishtara Rose to activate the rose chrism, your temple and your throne.

It is high frequency spiritual development sacred space.

The practise is a focused 75 minutes in sacred online space being guided through ancient Himalayan Kriya and Pranayam, alongside Way of the Rose journeying for direct transmission and empowered self listening, with respect for the pure and original essence of mystical teachings.

There may at very occasional times be a little gentle asana to move energy but this is mostly seated energy work (on floor but a chair is also fine). There may be Sanskrit mantra as well as Light Language.

The focus is on keeping the sacred sacred,

balanced with making tools accessible for light workers to activate your own codes in the frequency of the space, to step into your own knowing and own inner wisdoms to take you to your own next level, as a key tool for navigating these times of intense energies in the collective.

The Kingdom of God is within. This is ultimately all about restoring the temple and your throne of embodied divine dignity. This is a sacred practise of the path of Goddess. This is a sacred spiritual development circle for serous practitioners committed to your own unique spiritual path. This is not using mediumship for quick fixes. True abundance comes only with focus on God/dess light. This is a deeper sacred practise. This is also not a certified course to gain a modality etc but I may possibly consider instructor training in the future.

Taking responsibility with healthy self empowerment = There is no guru at the healm of Rose Kriya. You are your own guru. We maintain sacred respect for the self as well as people / teachers / teachings that cross our way

For those who are ready

This work is not for everybody. This is for those serious and committed to their own personal spiritual light path, which is unique to you.

Some kriya will be simple, some more advanced, and it is up to you to self listen. If it is too strenuous you can pause and rest in your self listening. Go at your own pace.

This is for those of you who respect the sacred, ready for this frequency, for going deep with a quiet and gentle feminine and real approach and who are truly drawn in heart. This does not actually have to necessarily mean you have been on the path a long time (though most likely you have been) it is more about a resonance and feeling drawn.

You come with your self empowered self responsibility in your own self knowing for your own unique path, as well as with sacred respect for your self, for others, and for the light work.

Ishtara Rose - I have been on a very long journey over many focused years to be able to bring this through. Born clairvoyant in the early 70s, my first reiki initiation was in 93. Since then I have been committed to the path, which has included dedicated full time study and certification in many modalities. I am an experienced high priestess and medium & have held temple space for some years initiating others as priestesses and high priestesses; and I am also a yogi, certified as a teacher in 3 different schools: Kundalini Yoga, Pranayam, and Himalayan Kriya yoga. STORY

Rose Kriya comes from my own practise of both Kriya and rose mysticism as tool to navigate big times in my personal life, and also as a response to exposures of corruption in varied spiritual & yogic organisations, at this immense time when light workers need clear tools.

As well as an ordained Priestess and High Priestess, I am also instructor certified in 3 different yoga schools but Rose Kriya is independent of them all. However nor is it a mish mash of new age techniques made into a new consumer trend - the aim is to maintain the balance of self listening empowerment with respect for practices and teachers, and I feel passionate about keeping the sacred sacred. Rose Kriya has no guru at the healm - you are your own guru, and you have the wisdoms within you already; yet we also of course respect teachers and teachings that cross our path, as we respect our selves.

After intensive practise of kundalini yogic kriyas for some years, I then went onto the journey of the rose and the priestess and it was with this work where I found huge spiritual advancement took place due to direct transmission in intuitive ways of rose journeying and mediumship. I found that the kriyas had prepared my vessel, so to speak.

After years of holding priestess temple, more recently at the start of 2025 I experienced kriya and merkaba transmissions in dreamtime, so I returned to intensive study and practise in kriya to help embody these downloads in clear grounded ways. I naturally found myself combining my spiritual practices of rose mysticism with kriya in my own ways, finding that the rose work needs the kriya to anchor and embody the light transmissions, and likewise that kriya needs the rose for more intuitive flow into its core essence of auric light expansion.

Thus my own personal practise became kriya and pranayam combined with rose mysticism.

Mid 2026 and I am called in meditation by my guides to share my personal practice of Rose Kriya with a few who are called as sacred offering.

This is the tool that after so much time in the alternative healing world I currently find the best to manage the current energies an ESP medium with high sensitivity, to stay upright and clear in a topsy turvy unclear world, for fast access to my own higher self and heart knowing as I move through the matrix, as well as quick grounded techniques to bring me into body and out of high sensitivity to shift energies fast (be it internal trauma, ascension symptoms or outside interferences creating dis-regulation), and as a tool in every day life to remembering (at times when I forget) to sit fully on my throne in my temple with divine dignity intact anchored in my being and my truth.

I am quietly sharing this private personal practise in intimate circles, simply because in meditation I keep being called to do so, and I feel that it is my sacred responsibility and contribution for rose light soul family, as way to spread light to all at this time.
