These will be intimate of just a few places and run in 5 week containers

Many of you are going through extraordinary upgrades of your own unique coding & knowing, and this is a space to help navigate this with peace safety and calm, to sit in quiet sacred space with others going through similar, and to transmit white flame frequency to activate your rose chrism with clarity.

This is a method that I work with for myself and is a mix of partly channelled technique, some ancient Babaji Himalayan Kriya and Pranayam, and Rose Mysticism. Rose Kriya has been introduced in my book The Rose Sutras

Rose Crystal Circles are for light workers who are holding the flame right now and going through immense changes - In these intense transitional times, time is speeding up and the veils are thin and there is much calamity without and within. Not only are you jumping timelines, having breakthroughs, insights, downloads, upgrades, moments of miracles, seeing through the veils of reality and so forth, but you may be simultaneously struggling to hold these energies. You may feel ostracised from others who do not seem to be feeling what you are, seeing through illusions and world narratives may feel shocking as well as isolating, and on top of all this you may feel more highly sensitive than ever with the intense rays coming in, perhaps bringing with a range of ascensions symptoms or what may feel like never ending layers of old traumas to clear. and a frazzled nervous system.

The purpose of Rose Crystal Circles is to both bring acceleration of ascension and diamond light rays of christed consciousness with crystal clarity activating the rose chrism (auric field). And yet also the purpose at the very same time is to help anchor safely into the body to calm and stabalise the nervous system, as a tool to ground and hold / anchor these freqencies in body during these times of intense energy that is pulsing through the ethers in the collective fields at the moment.

The tool I have been currently using to navigate all this personally for myself is what I am calling Rose Kriya.

The Rose Chrism

this refers to the diamond light merkaba of the 8 directions of the compass and above below lit within the auric field by white flame bringing christed crystalline consciousness. We are flowing through the feminine (the feminine version of the core essence of yoga if you like) with the masculine divine white rays as well. It is for both woman and men, we bring the feminine to waken the masculine within and vice versa.

The Next Rose Crystal Circle

will be guided practise of Rose Kriya, which is a blend of Himalayan Kriya (as part of way of the feather masculine divine) with rose mysticism (way of the rose feminine divine).

Christed Chalice, Crystal Skull

In Rose Kriya you will be in a space of high frequency transmission, practising energy work that includes ancient sacred simple practices of kriya in combination with rose mysticism, working with the two fishes or eyes of the pineal and womb chalice hara, to go into the spiritual heart and open to the light of your soul essence. Nothing but this light is true, and all else is not, and so it is.

Rose Kriya

Rose Kriya has been created and channelled by Ishtara Rose to bring in the frequency ray of royal goddess codes to be highly respected. And it will be a high frequency energy. The practise is a blend of techniques that looks like 90 minutes in a quiet sacred online space simply being guided through some ancient kriya technique (some of which has been secret), pranayam, meditation with rose journeying for direct transmission and self listening, put together in a clear way that both respects and restores the core essence of pure and original essence of mystical teachings. There may at times be a little gentle asana to move energy but this is more energy work. There may be Sanskrit mantra as well as Light Language. Every circle will be different and they are both online and in person.

This is ancient technique for new times

The focus is on both keeping the sacred sacred ... balanced with bringing tools to light workers with clear high frequency transmission to activate your own codes in the frequency of the space, as well as your own inner wisdoms to take you to your own next level, with tools for navigating fast upgrades in these times of intense energies in the collective.

This is a tool that I am currently using for my own personal practice to keep me grounded, to manage the energies as a high sensitive at this time and to stay upright and clear in a topsy turvy unclear world, with fast access to my knowing as I move through the matrix. I have decided to offer this for reasons of sacred responsibility, for connection and for contribution to spread light transmitting frequency of crystalline consciousness, to be there for rose light star family, whether you have worked with me many times or are new to my work, whether you come just once or we work together for many years.

For those who are ready.

This work is not for everybody. This is for a few people in intimate circle who can respect the sacred, who are ready for this frequency, for going deep with a quiet and gentle feminine and real approach and who are truly drawn in heart. This does not actually have to mean you have been on the path a long time, (or you have have been) it is about a resonance and feeling drawn . You come with your self empowered clear choices and intentions, with self responsibility in your own self knowing, as well as with respect for your self, for other, for the light work.

Rose Crystal Circles are weekly for 5 week cycles, approx 90 minute once a week, for a suggested

donation of approximately £222 for the 5 weeks but you can pay what you can, more or less, accordingly.
